VSM Casting has been asked to find actors for the latest project from New York director, Elliot Greenbaum.

The project is a comedy web pilot, shooting THIS SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 5th, in Louisville's Studio One. Although there is no pay, this is a great opportunity to introduce local actors to the director for other projects is working on as well.

Here are the details:

"Republican Sex and Marriage Advice” is a pilot for an experimental comedy web show by award winning feature director, Elliot Greenebaum. Greenebaum’s feature “Assisted Living” won the grand jury prize at Slamdance and was covered on NPR, The Charlie Rose Show, and the New York Times Magazine. He has guest lectured on filmmaking at numerous colleges and universities around the country and his private clients have ranged from Rock The Vote to US Senate Candidates. Greenebaum often works in Louisville and is constantly using small side projects such as this one to build his list of performers for higher-profile work. The show is structured like Ali-G or Borat where an actor asks the camera for advice on a personal issue at the beginning of each episode.

RUNDOWN
The shoot is Sunday, September 5th, from 10am until 7pm. Ideally actors can make themselves available all day in order to try various characters and different questions and episodes, roughly one per hour. If an actor can only come for portion of Sunday, let us know.

If an actor cannot work on Sunday, there is the option of coming Saturday from 4-7pm.

*Please bring own makeup and 2 changes of top item of clothing: business casual.
- slacks/kakis for the guys with button down, jacket and polo shirt
- nice skirt and top and pant combination for the ladies

*NO GREEN PLEASE – You will be shot against a green screen backdrop, and any green colors will interfere with the effect.
