Developer of the Burning Up The Stage method of acting, Morreale solicits and selects talent based on proven ability, instead of simply photographs and resumes. He specializes in Extras Casting or Targeted Casting for secondary, supporting or even leading roles, with a blend of SAG, AFTRA, ACTOR'S EQUITY and non-union talent. For extra casting, Morreale is known for being able to find any look, any skill, or any ethnic needs - not always an easy accomplishment in the Southeast.  

Morreale has access to an experienced pool of professional and non-professional actors, models, comedians, clowns, wrestlers, and stunt men.  In addition to its own dedicated talent pool, VSM Casting Services has also fostered strong relationships with modeling and acting agencies throughout Kentucky, Indiana and Tennessee.

VSM Casting helped the Kurt Russell, Kris Kristofferson feature “Dreamer” place more than 250 extras. For the independent feature film “Sweet William,” VSM provided nearly 600 extras over a four-week shoot.

Crew Capabilities

As a working production company, VSM Productions is also experienced in assembling and coordinating the best local and regional crews and crew support positions. This can include everything from Production Assistants to Second Camera Units, and Local Production Coordinators. We have three experienced Location Scouts for the Kentucky area (although Greater Louisville is our specialty). And we can function as liaison with local governments, businesses and organizations, to crack through the Southern bureaucracy and speed up permits and community cooperation.
